When I first read your informaton about Banoffee pie, I searched on-line and found lots of recipes. I gained a few pounds just reading the list of ingredients. I chose the one from the Hungry Monk, where the dessert supposedly originated. It's rather complicated, so I am really glad to find this one that you have provided. I love the appearance of your blog site. Sooo pretty!
Mmmmmmmm......yes,banoffe pie is delicious. However, for the protein lovers...Nothing beats Irish cheddar and smoked salmon (and a good friend to bring it home for you!!)
